Coriander Buildings were contracted
to oversee and project manage the development
in its entirety.
The existing building was underpinned
to create four lower ground floor flats and two
new buildings, one with a basement are being constructed
to the rear.
Responsibilities included planning,
budget control and sub-contractor control.
