the property into a gastro-pub in line with the
existing ambiance of the area.

Complete
refurbishment including new floor (made to look
rustic), completely new electrical wiring, commercial
kitchen and bathrooms. Sourced all materials
and then made to fit in with the overall rustic
design.

Remarks
"Coriander Buildings
was given a tight time limit and budget. Completed
the project as agreed. Cannot be more happy with
the end result. The Garrison is today the busiest
restaurant in the entire area, much of which can
be attributed to Coriander's sympathetic refurbishment."
