Coriander Buildings have been
contracted to take this development from planning
stage to completion. The project involves demolishing
the existing first floor concrete frame and replacing
it with two floors of lightweight timber frame
construction. This timber frame will then be clad
with Trespa aluminium panels.
The building will then be fitted
out to a high residential specification. Completion
is expected to be during the summer 2007. |
