Senior Project Manager

Ralph hasover 30 years experience within the construction industry and more than 10 of those as Senior Project Manager (SPM). He is an expert at managing dangerous construction projects such as the high rise St. Francis Tower, Ipswich. His health & safety record as a SPM is 100% and intends to retain this impeccable statistic. Excellent at controlling costs and budgets of large and complex projects.

Sean Cummins
Site Manager

Sean is the ideal Site Manager (SM). His enthusiasm for ensuring a project's success is contagious amongst the rest of the team - a true team player. Excellent motivator and communication skills. He has the absolute trust of the team as he has a 100% health and safety record. The welfare of his team is paramount as is the project at hand.

Dave has excellent technical construction skills. He is renowned as a problem solver and his skills are invaluable in developments where new technology, techniques and materials are used as in the development of Orchard Parade. He also has extensive experience in managing costs, budgets and health and safety aspects.
